Key Responsibilities
- Omnichannel Inquiry Management: Respond to and manage all incoming customer inquiries from phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, website, walk-ins, and referrals.
- Lead Tracking & CRM: Record and track every single inquiry properly to ensure zero lead leakage. Maintain accurate, up-to-date lead statuses in our CRM/Excel systems.
- Proactive Follow-ups: Conduct timely follow-ups with potential customers regarding their inquiries, quotes, and scheduled appointments.
- Internal Coordination: Bridge the gap between customers and our internal sales/operations teams to schedule meetings, site visits, and share project updates.
- Issue Resolution: Receive, log, and coordinate customer complaints with the respective departments to ensure quick and satisfactory resolution.
- Reporting: Prepare simple daily and weekly updates on lead statuses, follow-ups, and pending cases.
What We Are Looking For (Requirements)
- Language Skills: Fluency in Malayalam is required; basic conversational English is preferred.
- Experience: 0–1 years of experience in Customer Care, Telecalling, Front Office, or Coordination roles. Freshers with great communication skills are welcome to apply!
- Education: Any Degree or Plus Two (12th Pass) with relevant communication skills.
- Tech Savvy: Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, and Email handling).
- Soft Skills: Excellent telephone etiquette, strong multitasking abilities, and a patient, problem-solving attitude.
