Job Summary
RDBYTES is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee end-to-end HR operations and support the organisation’s growth. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in hiring, interviewing, onboarding, payroll management, KPI tracking, and employee exits. This role requires strong communication, leadership skills, and the ability to maintain a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Oversee onboarding and ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
- Maintain and process monthly payroll with accuracy.
- Track, monitor, and report employee KPIs and performance metrics.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and termination processes professionally.
- Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed across all departments.
- Support employee engagement activities and contribute to a positive work culture.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs and workforce planning.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Manager or HR Generalist.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, compliance, and documentation.
- Experience in payroll management and performance evaluation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Proficiency in HR tools, MS Excel, and documentation.
