Talent Acquisition Intern
Duration: 6 Months
Stipend: ₹12,000 per month
Location: Wagholi, Pune
Responsibilities
- Source candidates through LinkedIn and other job portals.
- Search and shortlist relevant candidate profiles.
- Connect with potential candidates and schedule interviews.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and HR team throughout the hiring process.
- Assist in employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (completed or pursuing) in HR, Management, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and candidate sourcing.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Familiarity with MS Excel and Google Sheets is an added advantage.
