Stori Design is looking for a strategic and result-oriented professional to lead our operations, sales coordination, and project execution. As the Operations Head, you will be the bridge between design, factory production, and final delivery, ensuring our commitment to luxury and quality is met at every stage.
Who You Are
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, Interior Design, or Project Management.
Experience: 5–8 years in operations management or project execution within the furniture, interior design, or luxury retail sectors.
Tech Savvy: Hands-on experience with ERP, CRM systems, MIS reporting, and MS Office.
Leadership: Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams (Sales, Design, and Factory) and handle stakeholder negotiations.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Growth: Develop and implement operational and sales strategies aligned with profitability and expansion goals.
Lifecycle Management: Oversee the complete sales lifecycle—from lead generation and proposals to final onboarding and project handover.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Ensure seamless workflows between the design team, factory, dispatch, vendors, and site execution teams.
Project Oversight: Manage scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation while maintaining strict luxury quality benchmarks and safety protocols.
Process Excellence: Implement SOPs and technology-driven solutions to enhance productivity and streamline operational workflows.
Team Mentorship: Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work culture.
