- Candidate should be a quick learner to understand our business and service delivery model to level up their knowledge, gradually to attain competency in the trade
- Should be a self-starter working closely with Head of Service engineering team in service planning
- Take full control of planning resources for installation(s), AMCs, Repair(s), Service backlogs effectively
- Gradually the candidate to take self-responsibility liaising with sales team, production, purchase departments to drive the backlog efficiently
- Candidate should quickly register and process incoming customer/service engineerrepair/service/support call
- Candidate should be working closely with inter departments (or) external vendors to keep up the cadence in day-to-day tasks
- Candidate should be good enough to prepare service MIS as required for the management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, required to interact with customers, internal employees, and other stakeholders
- Candidate should have good knowledge of using Microsoft office products required to drive their tasks daily
Experience: Fresher to 1 year
Education: Should have basic degree in science, and additional education on MBA (HR) will be a plus
Language: English (Mandatory), Tamil (Mandatory), Hindi (Optional)
Pay: ₹25,622.70 - ₹30,655.19 per month
