Job Summary
We are hiring a Customer Support Executive for our office in Motera, Ahmedabad.
The role involves handling customer queries, providing timely support, following up on issues, and coordinating with internal teams. We are open to freshers with good communication skills, as well as candidates with prior customer support experience.
Experience in fintech, crypto, payment gateway, banking, blockchain, or financial services will be considered a plus, but it is not mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through chat, email, and calls.
- Understand customer issues and provide clear responses.
- Manage support tickets and follow up until resolution.
- Coordinate with internal operations and technical teams.
- Support customers with account, transaction, and process-related queries.
- Maintain accurate records of customer conversations.
- Escalate urgent or complex issues to the right team.
- Ensure timely and professional communication with customers.
- Follow company processes, support guidelines, and service standards.
Requirements
- Fresher to 2 years of experience in customer support, customer care, or client support.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Comfortable handling chat, email, and call-based support.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good problem-solving and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to learn new products and processes.
- Must be comfortable working full-time from our Motera, Ahmedabad office.
Preferred Skills
- Customer support experience in fintech, banking, payment gateway, crypto, blockchain, or financial services.
- Experience with CRM, ticketing tools, chat support, or email support.
- Understanding of transaction support, account support, KYC, wallets, deposits, withdrawals, or settlements.
- Prior experience in BPO, voice process, non-voice process, or back-office support.
