Mechanical Service Engineer – Mechanical Service Engineer / Maintenance Engineer
We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Service Engineer who can diagnose and repair faulty machines and provide technical support to customers over phone calls. The candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills and practical knowledge of mechanical systems and industrial machinery.
Location - BANUR AMBALA HIGHWAY, GIAN JYOTI COLLEGE ROAD, DISTT, adjoining WOODLAND WAREHOUSE, Shambu Kalan, Tepla, Punjab 140417.
Qualification - Diploma / B.Tech / ITI in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Experience -2 to 5 years experience in machine maintenance/service engineering preferred
Salary - 18k to 22k
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical machine faults
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting guidance to customers over phone/video call
- Visit customer sites when required for machine maintenance and repair
- Identify root causes of machine breakdowns and provide quick solutions
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of machines
- Coordinate with service and production teams for issue resolution
- Maintain service reports and machine maintenance records
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely support and problem-solving
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and industrial machines
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to understand machine issues quickly
- Good communication skills for customer handling on calls
- Basic knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, bearings, and maintenance
- Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency breakdowns
