About the Role
At The Raptor Marketing, we're looking for a creative Video Editor who thinks beyond timelines and transitions. We need someone with a videographer's mindset—someone who understands storytelling, camera angles, pacing, and how to transform raw footage into engaging visual content.

Key Responsibilities
- Edit high-quality videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and advertisements.
- Develop engaging storytelling through creative editing, transitions, motion graphics, sound design, and color grading.
- Understand shot composition and recommend improvements during shoots.
- Sync visuals with music, voiceovers, and sound effects.
- Create short-form content optimized for social media engagement.
- Work closely with the creative team, graphic designers, and videographers.
- Deliver projects within deadlines while maintaining high quality.
- Stay updated with the latest editing trends, AI editing tools, and social media content formats.
Required Skills
- 1-2 years of professional video editing experience.
- Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Good knowledge of After Effects.
- Knowledge of color correction and color grading.
- Understanding of cinematic storytelling and pacing.
- Familiarity with social media video formats and trends.
- Basic understanding of videography and camera angles.
- Strong attention to detail and creative thinking.
