About the Role
Aadhira Training and Placement Solutions is looking for a passionate and experienced Generative AI Trainer to deliver high-quality training to students and professionals. The trainer will conduct engaging sessions in a hybrid format, combining online and offline classes, while providing hands-on learning experiences using the latest AI tools and technologies.
Duration
- Contract Period: 3 Months
Work Schedule
- 4 Days per Week: Online Training Sessions
- 2 Days per Week: Offline Classroom Sessions
- Flexible scheduling based on batch requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive training on Generative AI concepts and applications.
- Conduct both online and offline training sessions as per the schedule.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and hands-on lab activities.
- Train learners on industry-relevant AI tools and technologies, including:
- ChatGPT
- Google Gemini
- Microsoft Copilot
- Claude AI
- AI Prompt Engineering
- AI Productivity Tools
- AI-powered Content Creation
- AI for Business Applications
- AI Automation Basics
- Design practical projects, case studies, and real-world use cases.
- Evaluate student performance through assignments, quizzes, and assessments.
- Provide mentoring and technical support to learners throughout the program.
- Track student attendance and training progress.
- Coordinate with the Training Coordinator regarding batch schedules and learner feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Generative AI technologies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in Generative AI, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Data Science.
- Prior experience in training, teaching, or corporate learning is preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Generative AI concepts and applications.
- Hands-on experience with leading AI tools and platforms.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to simplify technical concepts for learners.
- Good classroom and online session management skills.
- Experience in creating training materials and practical assignments.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
Compensation
- Monthly Payout: Compensation will be based on the candidate's experience, technical expertise, and training background.
- Payments will be made on a monthly basis.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Prior experience as a Generative AI Trainer or Technical Trainer.
- Strong industry exposure to AI tools and emerging technologies.
- Ability to deliver interactive, project-based learning sessions.
- Self-motivated, professional, and committed to delivering quality training.
