Key Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of residential apartments, villas, hotels, offices, and commercial properties.
- Carry out post-construction cleaning and move-in/move-out cleaning.
- Clean bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, living areas, balconies, and common areas.
- Operate professional cleaning equipment such as wet & dry vacuums, single-disc scrubbers, steam cleaners, pressure washers, and extraction machines.
- Perform sofa, mattress, carpet, upholstery, and glass cleaning.
- Handle cleaning chemicals safely and according to company SOPs.
- Ensure proper use, care, and maintenance of equipment.
- Follow daily work schedules and complete jobs within the allotted time.
- Maintain professional behaviour and excellent customer service at all times.
- Report any equipment issues or customer concerns to the supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of company vehicles and equipment.
Requirements
- Experience in professional deep cleaning is preferred.
- Experience in hotels, housekeeping, facility management, or cleaning companies will be an advantage.
- Ability to operate or learn professional cleaning equipment.
- Physically fit and willing to work at different project locations across Goa.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Valid driving licence (preferred but not mandatory).
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹25,005.96 per month
