Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential land and new opportunities.
- Meet and coordinate with landowners & brokers.
- Conduct land/site visits and collect property details.
- Handle follow-ups, negotiations & meetings.
- Coordinate with the legal and acquisition teams.
- Maintain field visit and land enquiry reports.
Requirements:
- Good communication & negotiation skills.
- Tamil & basic English.
- Willingness to travel for field work.
- Two-wheeler & driving licence preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
