About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team. This is a great opportunity for freshers who are interested in building a career in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals
- Screen candidates based on job requirements
- Conduct initial candidate interactions and follow-ups
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Post and manage job openings across recruitment platforms
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Assist with day-to-day recruitment activities
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Requirements
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and grow in Talent Acquisition
- Candidates who can join immediately are preferred
