Job Overview
Ride n Repair is looking for a proactive and dedicated Operations Manager (Tamil Speaker) to oversee daily operations, coordinate with field teams, and ensure seamless service delivery across assigned locations. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Tamil and possess excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor day-to-day operational activities.
- Coordinate with technicians, customers, and internal teams to ensure timely service completion.
- Handle customer escalations and resolve operational issues efficiently.
- Track service requests and ensure adherence to turnaround times (TAT).
- Monitor team performance and maintain operational KPIs.
- Prepare daily operational reports and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational processes.
Eligibility Criteria
- Fluent in Tamil (Mandatory).
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Operations, Customer Support, or Team Coordination is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and coordination skills may also apply.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi are an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and basic computer applications.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
