- Install solar PV panels, inverters, batteries, and mounting structures
- Perform site surveys and assess installation requirements
- Read electrical drawings and solar system layouts
- Wire and connect solar systems safely
- Test solar panels, inverters, and electrical components
- Troubleshoot system faults and performance issues
- Perform preventive maintenance and cleaning of solar systems
- Ensure proper grounding and electrical safety compliance
- Monitor system performance and energy generation
- Coordinate with engineers and project supervisors on installations
- Maintain installation reports and service records
- Follow safety standards while working at heights and with electrical equipment
- Assist in commissioning and startup of solar power systems
- Replace damaged panels, cables, connectors, or inverters when required
- Educate customers on basic system operation and maintenance
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
