Civil Guruji is looking for an experienced Civil Engineer Trainer who can guide and train young engineers in practical construction site skills.
The trainer will be responsible for delivering practical training sessions, site-based learning, and industry-oriented guidance to help engineers become job-ready. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct practical training sessions for civil engineers on construction site activities
- Train engineers on site execution processes and real construction practices
- Teach engineers how to handle responsibilities of roles such as:
- Site Engineer
- Quantity Surveyor
- Billing Engineer
- Quality Engineer
- Estimation Engineer
- Explain practical concepts such as:
- Reading construction drawings
- Site documentation and registers
- Material inspection and quality checks
- Bar Bending Schedule (BBS)
- Quantity take-off and measurement
- Rate analysis and billing
- Conduct site visits and practical demonstrations
- Mentor and guide engineers during training programs
- Help engineers understand real challenges faced on construction sites
Required Experience
- Minimum 3 years of construction site experience
- Experience in building construction projects
Strong knowledge of site execution and construction practices
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
