Job Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and creative Influencer Marketing Executive to support our influencer marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will assist in identifying, onboarding, and managing influencers, coordinating campaign activities, and tracking campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify relevant influencers across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Assist in influencer outreach, onboarding, negotiations, and relationship management.
- Coordinate end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns, monitor performance, engagement, and content quality.
- Maintain influencer databases, campaign trackers, monitor influencer content and engagement metric.
- Track campaign performance and prepare post-campaign reports.
- Ensure timely delivery of content and adherence to campaign guidelines.
- Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, social media platforms, and competitor activities.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Media, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Agency background. Freshers also can apply.
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills with good understanding and influencer marketing trends.
- Good negotiation and influencer relationship management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint
- Attention to detail and strong follow-up skills, ability to work in fast-paced environment.
