Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Respiratory Therapist to join our critical care team. This is an advanced role focused on life-saving interventions, invasive procedures, and complex ventilator management in high-acuity environments (ICU/ER).
Key Responsibilities
- Emergency Response: Perform intubation (Fibre Optic/McCoy), Cricothyrotomy, and Tracheotomy during life-threatening events.
- Invasive Procedures: Place ultrasound-guided IJV, Arterial lines, Dialysis catheters, and PICC lines.
- Life Support Management: Manage ECMO, HFOV, and all mechanical ventilator modes (Invasive and NIV).
- Clinical Diagnostics: Analyze ABGs (pH, O2, CO2), conduct pulmonary function tests, and interpret results to drive treatment plans.
- Direct Care: Administer aerosol meds, chest physiotherapy, and oxygen therapy; handle mucus clearance and lung drainage.
- Patient Transition: Design home exercise programs and train families on assistive equipment for discharge.
- Staff Leadership: Conduct in-service training for junior staff and ensure compliance with state legal/certification standards.
- Equipment Oversight: Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot malfunctions on all respiratory tech.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
