About the Role
We're looking for a Business Development Executive to join our high-performing sales team.
In this role, you'll work with warm, qualified leads who have already consulted with our astrologers and received product recommendations. Your responsibility will be to guide customers through their purchase journey, build trust, and drive high-value sales through consultative selling and thoughtful upselling.
No cold calling. Every lead is warm and pre-qualified.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with customers via WhatsApp and phone after their astrology consultation.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable gemstones, Rudraksha, and related products.
- Build trust by explaining product quality, authenticity, certifications, and benefits.
- Drive high-value sales through consultative selling and effective product bundling.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Update customer interactions and sales progress in the CRM.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the buying journey.
What We're Looking ForMust Have
- 2–4 years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, Luxury Retail, D2C Sales, or High-Ticket Sales.
- Experience selling products with ticket sizes ranging from ₹50,000 to ₹2 Lakhs+.
- Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi; working proficiency in English.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, CRM tools, and sales tracking systems.
- Willingness to learn about gemstones, Rudraksha, and Vedic astrology.
Preferred
- Experience in jewellery, luxury retail, wellness, spiritual products, or premium consumer brands.
- Exposure to consultative or relationship-driven sales.
- Experience working with premium or high-value customers.
