Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of development activities to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to align technical solutions with business requirements.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- Strong experience in designing and implementing custom software components within enterprise resource planning systems.
- Ability to work with modern development frameworks and agile software development practices.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex software issues to maintain system integrity and performance.
- Experience in integrating software solutions across multiple platforms and ensuring seamless interoperability.
- Competence in optimizing software for scalability and high performance in business-critical environments.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
