- Performance Management: Setting individual and team quotas, conducting performance reviews, and tracking KPIs.
- Recruitment: Assisting in hiring and onboarding new sales representatives
- Quota Achievement: Developing and executing actionable sales plans to consistently meet or exceed area revenue goals.
- Pipeline Management: Monitoring the entire sales cycle—from lead generation to closing deals—and accurately forecasting sales.
- Budget Administration: Managing the area’s sales budget to ensure a strong return on investment
