About Soham Retreat
Soham Retreat is a peaceful yoga and healing retreat in Rishikesh, welcoming guests from around the world. We are looking for a warm, organized, and proactive Retreat Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the retreat and ensure every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the retreat and ensure smooth functioning across all departments.
- Welcome guests and provide a warm, professional check-in and check-out experience.
- Coordinate retreat schedules with yoga teachers, therapists, kitchen, housekeeping, and support staff.
- Supervise staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness, hospitality, and service.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Manage bookings, payments, guest records, and basic administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with vendors, manage inventory, and assist with procurement.
- Ensure the retreat maintains a calm, welcoming, and well-organized environment at all times.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in hospitality, hotel, resort, guest house, or retreat management.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), Google Workspace, email, and online booking systems.
- Friendly, reliable, professional, and able to work independently.
- Experience working with international guests is an advantage.
Education
- Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Preferred Education: MBA, or a Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Tourism, or Business Management.
