Reo.Dev is a modern revenue stack for Developer focused companies. We help Developer Tool companies identify which Engineering Teams have an Urgent need for their product and the highest likelihood of conversion. Founding Team:
Reo has been founded by experienced entrepreneurs. All three founders have a strong track record of building start-ups and leading teams
Achintya: Achintya was previously the co-founder at Phyllo, which is a developer tool company. Phyllo raised ~$18M in VC funding from top tier VCs. Achintya is a Chemical Engineer from IIT Delhi (2009) and MBA from Indian School of Business (2013)
Piyush: Piyush is a second time entrepreneur. He previously founded Scholr, which was an EdTech start-up and was acquired by BYJU’S in 2020. Piyush is a Mechanical Engineer from IIT Kharagpur (2008) and MBA from India School of Business (2013)
Gaurav: Gaurav is a senior Tech leader with 16 years of experience. Previously he was VP Engineering at Ninjacart (valued at $1B+) and CTO of Kuliza where he led a team of 150+ developers. He is a Computer Science Engineer from IIIT Allahabad (2006)

(1) Understand the product inside-out
You will need to understand the requirements in detail and get yourself familiar with the use cases we are solving.
Work closely with the product and engineering team to understand new features and how they are implemented.
(2) Craft a rock-solid test strategy
Own the test plan for every sprint, making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
Write smart, effective test cases that ensure every release meets the highest quality standards.
Build regression and sanity test suites that keep things stable after each sprint.
(3) Break things ( Yes, really!!)
(4) Automate to elevate
Be the mastermind behind our automation framework, covering both UI and APIs.
Generate data sets to test different scenarios and edge cases. We are ingesting more than a million rows into our database every day, and we see a lot of data inconsistency as data comes from 100s of sources.
Automate repetitive test cases and seamlessly integrate them into our build pipelines.
4+ years of testing experience be it automation or Manual (and some cool war stories to go with it).
