We are looking for a Magento Developer to join our team in Mohali. You will build, customize, and maintain eCommerce websites for our international clients, working on Magento 2 development, theme customization, performance optimization, and third-party integrations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Magento 2 eCommerce websites and multi-store environments
- Create and customize Magento modules, extensions, and themes
- Implement frontend changes using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
- Optimize website speed, performance, and scalability
- Integrate third-party APIs including payment gateways and shipping tools
- Troubleshoot bugs and provide technical support for existing Magento stores
- Collaborate with designers and project managers to deliver client requirements
- Maintain code quality through version control and best practices
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Magento development
- Strong knowledge of Magento 2, PHP, and MySQL
- Experience with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
- Solid understanding of eCommerce workflows and checkout systems
- Familiarity with Git and version control workflows
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
Good to Have
- Experience with Composer and Magento CLI
- Knowledge of AWS or cloud hosting environments
- Magento 2 certification
- Familiarity with Adobe Commerce (Enterprise) features
- Experience with PWA or headless Magento architectures
