Broad Spectrum of Duties & Responsibilities:
· Manage Central Backend Operations for Agri B2B and B2C Sales
· Keep record of transactions of Producers and Buyers
· Ensure Co – ordination with Distribution Teams
· Track all compliances for the operations
· Build and Establish processes
· Maintain strong connections and network with stakeholders in assigned categories
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams like product management and customer service
· Excellent leadership, communication and relationship-building skills
