Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Online Reputation Management Executive to monitor, manage, and improve the company’s online reputation across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong written communication skills, good internet research abilities, and an understanding of social media and online customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor online reviews, ratings, comments, and mentions across various platforms.
- Respond professionally and promptly to customer reviews, queries, and feedback.
- Manage and improve the company’s online brand reputation.
- Identify negative feedback and coordinate with relevant teams for appropriate resolution.
- Track brand mentions and customer sentiment across digital platforms.
- Maintain regular reports on reviews, ratings, feedback, and reputation metrics.
- Conduct online research to identify trends, customer concerns, and competitor activities.
- Ensure consistent and professional communication across online platforms.
- Support initiatives aimed at increasing positive reviews and improving customer perception.
- Escalate critical customer complaints or reputation-related issues to the concerned team.
Requirements
- Fresher to 2 years of experience in Online Reputation Management, Social Media, Customer Support, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong command of English.
- Good knowledge of social media platforms and online review platforms.
- Strong internet research and analytical skills.
- Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle negative feedback professionally.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting is preferred.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in an e-commerce environment.
Candidate Preference
- Only local Jaipur candidates.
- Candidates should be willing to work from the office.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
Pay: ₹12,645.96 - ₹25,000.00 per month
