About the Role :
We are looking for a confident, fluent, and performance-driven BPO Team Leader who can lead from the front, manage teams effectively, and drive operational excellence.

What You’ll Do
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of BPO Executives.
- Drive productivity, quality, and KPIs.
- Conduct team briefings, coaching, and performance reviews.
- Handle customer escalations and critical situations professionally.
- Maintain team discipline, accountability, and operational standards.
- Communicate confidently with management and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare and analyse MIS/performance reports using Advanced Excel.
- Identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans.
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ years of BPO Team Leader experience preferred.
- Excellent spoken and written English — strong fluency is essential.
- Strong leadership presence and authoritative decision-making ability.
- Advanced Excel proficiency with strong analytical skills.
- Good understanding of BPO operations, KPIs, quality, and productivity.
- Strong team management, coaching, and escalation-handling skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and take complete ownership.
