Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise on-site construction work
- Manage labour and subcontractors
- Ensure material planning & site coordination
- Monitor quality and safety standards
- Report progress to management
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering
- 3–5 years experience in building construction
- Strong site handling & coordination skills
- Candidates from Ernakulam preferred
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000
