Location: Talawade, Pune
Biitcode is looking for an experienced Laser Programmer (Laser Cutting) to join our manufacturing team. If you have strong expertise in CNC Laser Programming, Nesting Optimization, Sheet Metal Processing, and Production Support, we'd love to hear from you!
Experience
- 3–8 Years in CNC Laser Programming
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Fiber Laser or CO₂ Laser Machines
- Experience in Sheet Metal Fabrication and Production Environments
- Knowledge of Production Planning and Manufacturing Processes

- Nesting Software (SigmaNEST, Lantek, RADAN, Pronest, BySoft, Libellula, AutoNest, etc.)
- AutoCAD (2D)

- Lead-in & Lead-out Settings
- Micro Joint (Tab) Programming

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare CNC laser cutting programs from customer drawings
- Optimize nesting to reduce material wastage
- Select appropriate cutting parameters for different materials
- Coordinate with Production and Planning teams
- Troubleshoot programming and cutting issues
- Improve productivity and machine utilization
- Maintain program database and revision control
- Ensure drawing accuracy before production release
- Support continuous process improvements to reduce scrap and improve production efficiency
Qualification
- Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering
- ITI (Tool & Die Maker / Draughtsman Mechanical) with relevant experience can also be considered
- CNC Laser Programming Certification (Preferred)
