Experience Required:
- 4 to 6 years of overall experience
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in US Workers Compensation underwriting

Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and underwrite US Workers Compensation policies as per underwriting guidelines
- Assess risk exposure and determine appropriate coverage, terms, and pricing for new business and renewals/existing business
- Review submission application including loss runs, financials, census, operational details and evaluate the risk
- Ensure compliance with underwriting standards and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams (brokers, agents, operations)
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of underwriting decisions, activities, and communication for auditing purposes
- Maintain documentation and ensure accuracy in policy issuance
- Support renewals and endorsements
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of US Workers Compensation underwriting principles
- Experience with underwriting platforms or rating tools
- Good analytical and decision-making skills
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications such as CPCU / AINS / AU will be an added advantage
Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to work in night shifts
- Comfortable working from office environment
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
