We are looking for dedicated, confident, and hardworking Tele Callers to join our growing team.
Job Position:
Tele Caller / Visa Tele Counsellor
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound & outbound calls regarding Tourist Visas and Visitor Visas
- Guide clients about visa services and basic process information
- Generate and maintain client leads
- Follow up with interested clients professionally
- Maintain proper communication records and client data
- Coordinate with counsellors and visa filing team
Visa Categories:
- Canada Visitor Visa
- Australia Tourist Visa
- UK Visitor Visa
- USA Visitor Visa
- Schengen Tourist Visa
- Other major destinations
Requirements:
✔ Good communication skills
✔ Confident speaking ability
✔ Basic computer knowledge
✔ Positive attitude & professional behaviour
✔ Experience in tele calling or visa industry preferred
Skills Required:
- Excellent verbal communication
- Client handling skills
- Professional approach
- Teamwork & coordination
- Convincing skills
