Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and coordinate architectural designs for residential and commercial projects.
- Develop concept designs, plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and other consultants.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable building bylaws, development regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with liaison and approval teams for building plan approvals and statutory submissions.
- Review drawings and ensure accuracy and timely completion of design deliverables.
- Coordinate with project and construction teams to resolve design-related issues at site.
- Review shop drawings, material selections, and architectural details.
- Conduct site visits and monitor execution as per approved drawings and design intent.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Assist in value engineering and optimization of design without compromising quality.
- Maintain proper records of drawings, revisions, approvals, and design documents.
- Ensure projects are delivered as per approved design, quality standards, and timelines.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in residential and/or commercial real estate projects with reputed developer.
- Good knowledge of architectural design, working drawings, building codes, and development regulations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other relevant design software.
- Experience in coordinating with consultants and project teams.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet timelines.
- Experience with large-scale residential/commercial projects will be preferred.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
