Job Summary:
Aimlay Pvt Ltd is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Admission Officer – Operations to manage and coordinate the end-to-end admission process. The role involves coordination with universities, colleges, and clients, handling documentation, and preparing operational reports related to admissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete admission process from application to final confirmation.
- Coordinate with universities, colleges, and clients regarding admission status, documentation, and approvals.
- Handle student documentation process, including verification and submission to universities.
- Maintain proper records and files of admission documents.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to admissions and operations.
- Ensure timely submission of documents and follow-up with concerned departments.
- Communicate admission updates to internal teams and clients.
- Ensure compliance with university admission requirements and guidelines.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Experience in admission operations and documentation process.
- Ability to handle report making and data management.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in admission operations, education consultancy, or related field.
- Experience in admission process and document handling preferred.
