Job Title: Payroll & Compliance Executive
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Payroll & Compliance Executive to manage end-to-end payroll processing and ensure statutory compliance. The role involves handling employee-related financial processes, statutory filings, audits, and employee queries while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees
- Ensure timely and accurate statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, etc.)
- Handle statutory registrations and maintain compliance records
- Prepare and upload bank transfer files for salary disbursement
- Manage employee benefits calculations including gratuity, bonus, and leave encashment
- Handle employee queries related to payroll and compliance
- Coordinate audits and maintain compliance documentation
- Manage correspondence with statutory authorities
- Handle accident cases and related compliance procedures
- Ensure adherence to new labour laws and factory rules
- Maintain employee engagement through payroll transparency and communication
- Follow up on pending compliance tasks and deadlines

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP, formulas, data handling)

- Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Commerce, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in payroll and compliance
- Experience working with payroll software and statutory portals
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
