Position Summary
We are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Personal Secretary to provide high-level administrative and personal support to senior management. The ideal candidate should be efficient, well-spoken, and capable of handling confidential matters with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Maintain confidential records and files
- Assist in daily office operations and follow-ups
- Arrange meetings and maintain minutes of meetings (MOM)
- Handle personal tasks and errands as required
- Ensure smooth coordination between departments
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline
- Diploma or Certification in Office Administration preferred
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Skills Required
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Presentable personality
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Basic knowledge of email drafting and documentation
Experience
- 1 to 3 years of experience as Personal Secretary or Executive Assistant preferred
- Freshers with strong communication skills may apply
Salary
- As per industry standards, based on experience

Pay: ₹44,312.52 - ₹52,675.19 per month
