About the Role
NailInit is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Operations Executive to manage end-to-end supply chain activities. The ideal candidate should have experience in the Beauty & Personal Care (BPC) industry and must have worked closely with Chinese suppliers for sourcing, procurement, and packaging material management.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Chinese suppliers for product sourcing, procurement, and order management.
- Manage the complete supply chain process, from purchase orders to final delivery.
- Handle packaging material procurement and ensure timely availability for production.
- Track shipments, monitor inventory levels, and coordinate logistics operations.
- Negotiate pricing, lead times, and commercial terms with suppliers.
- Ensure smooth communication between suppliers, warehouses, and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve supply-related issues proactively.
- Maintain accurate procurement, inventory, and shipment records.
- Work closely with operations, product, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Operations.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the Beauty & Personal Care (BPC) industry.
- Hands-on experience dealing with Chinese suppliers/manufacturers.
- Strong understanding of sourcing, procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
- Experience in handling packaging materials procurement is mandatory.
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and supply chain reporting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in D2C/FMCG/Beauty brands.
- Familiarity with import-export documentation and international sourcing processes.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
