Key Responsibilities
Corporate Secretarial & Compliance
- Assist in ensuring compliance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, and other applicable laws.
- Support in the preparation and filing of statutory forms, returns, and documents with the Registrar of Companies (ROC).
- Maintain statutory registers, records, and secretarial documents.
- Prepare meeting notices, agendas, minutes, and resolutions.
Regulatory Compliance
- Coordinate with internal departments for timely submission of compliance-related information.
- Support in implementation and monitoring of corporate governance practices.
- Assist in handling regulatory inspections, audits, and due diligence activities.
Documentation & Record Management
- Maintain legal and secretarial records in physical and digital formats.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing routine agreements, declarations, and corporate documents.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of contracts and statutory records.
Liaison & Coordination
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, legal advisors, and regulatory authorities.
- Support inter-departmental communication regarding compliance and governance matters.
- Assist in obtaining licenses, registrations, and statutory approvals as required..
Qualification
- CS Professional (Pursuing or Completed).
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
