- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the PCD Pharma division.
- Develop and expand the company's franchise/distributor network across assigned territories.
- Identify, appoint, and manage new PCD franchise partners, distributors, and stockists.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
- Lead the sales process from lead generation to order closure.
- Handle key accounts and provide prompt solutions to customer queries and concerns.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to identify business opportunities.
- Promote new product launches, promotional schemes, and marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with dispatch, accounts, and customer support teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries.
- Follow up on payments and ensure timely collection from customers.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and business development efforts.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.
- Guide and support junior sales executives in achieving their targets and improving their performance.
- Assist management in developing sales strategies and business expansion plans.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Pay: ₹25,545.25 - ₹40,355.92 per month
