We are seeking a motivated and energetic Academic Counselor to guide students in selecting suitable career-oriented courses and assist them throughout the admission process. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a passion for helping students achieve their career goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students regarding courses, career opportunities, eligibility, and admission procedures.
- Handle inquiries received through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, website leads, and walk-in visits.
- Follow up with prospective students and parents to convert inquiries into admissions.
- Explain course benefits, fees, payment options, and placement assistance.
- Maintain accurate lead and student records using Excel and CRM systems.
- Prepare daily follow-up reports and admission reports.
- Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams.
- Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents.

Compensation
Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Performance Bonus: Up to ₹5,000 per month based on target achievement
Additional Incentives: Attractive admission-based incentives with no upper earning limit
Expected Monthly Earnings: ₹12,000 – ₹25,000+ depending on performance
