Role:
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with 3+ years of hands-on experience in e-commerce performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize Meta & Google Ads campaigns.

Develop full-funnel strategies and scale campaigns profitably.

Optimize CAC, ROAS, CTR & CVR.

Manage tracking through GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel & CAPI.

Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.

Manage client communication and multiple accounts.

Coordinate with creative, technology, and internal teams.
Requirements:

3+ years of Performance Marketing experience, preferably in e-commerce/D2C.

Strong hands-on expertise in Meta & Google Ads.

Strong analytical and strategic thinking.

Excellent communication and client-management skills.

Ability to independently manage multiple accounts.
