Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Support
- Handle customer queries on:
- WhatsApp
- Calls
- Instagram DM
- Email
- Resolve issues related to:
- delivery delays
- damages
- exchange/replacement
- product questions
- Maintain polite and professional communication.
Shipment Tracking & Courier Coordination
- Proactively track shipped orders daily.
- Identify delayed or stuck shipments before customer escalation.
- Coordinate with courier companies for:
- NDR cases
- delivery attempts
- lost shipments
- RTO prevention
- Update customers regularly regarding shipment status.
Escalation Handling
- Escalate production or dispatch issues internally.
- Coordinate with warehouse/dispatch team.
- Ensure customer issues are resolved within timelines.
Sales & Lead Follow-up
- Handle IndiaMART and WhatsApp leads.
- Call interested customers and explain products.
- Share product photos/videos/catalogues.
- Convert leads into orders.
- Maintain lead follow-up records.
Skills Required
- Good Hindi communication.
- Basic English typing/writing.
- Comfortable on WhatsApp and phone calls.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Follow-up discipline.
- Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
