We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and result-oriented Telecaller to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our potential customers. Your primary responsibility will be to reach out to prospective clients, pitch our [products/services], answer their queries, and drive conversions or schedule appointments for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers using a given database to pitch our [products/services].
- Customer Engagement: Understand customer needs, handle objections effectively, and provide accurate information about our offerings.
- Sales & Conversions: Pitch advantages, build value, and close sales or book qualified appointments/demos for the core sales team.
- Data Management: Maintain, update, and log accurate details of every call and customer interaction in the CRM software.
- Follow-ups: Conduct regular follow-ups with warm leads to build a healthy sales pipeline and ensure high conversion rates.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Graduate in any stream.
- Experience: [0 to 2 years] of experience in telecalling, inside sales, customer service, or telemarketing. (Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome).
- Languages: Fluent in [English / Hindi / Regional Language]. Strong verbal and written communication is a must.
- Skills:
- Excellent active listening and persuasive skills.
- Ability to handle rejection with a positive attitude.
- Basic computer literacy
