Kitchen Leadership & Operations
* Lead and manage complete bistro kitchen operations
* Maintain consistency, hygiene, and service standards
* Build efficient kitchen workflows and prep systems
* Manage kitchen opening and closing operations
* Ensure smooth dine-in and takeaway execution
* Maintain food quality during peak hours
Menu Execution & Development
* Execute modern café and brunch menu with consistency
* Work on seasonal menu updates and dish innovation
* Develop bakery-integrated savory dishes
* Create globally inspired comfort food with premium presentation
* Balance creativity with commercial practicality
Team Management
* Train and supervise kitchen staff
* Build discipline, consistency, and kitchen culture
* Conduct recipe and plating training
* Monitor staff performance and productivity
* Coordinate with bakery and service teams
Food Cost & Inventory
* Control food cost and wastage
* Manage portion control and yield consistency
* Handle inventory planning and vendor coordination
* Ensure proper stock rotation and kitchen organization
* Optimize ingredient cross-utilization
Quality & Presentation
* Maintain modern clean plating aesthetics
* Ensure premium café presentation standards
* Monitor taste, texture, consistency, and visual appeal
* Maintain SOP-based production systems
