Department: Sales & Operations

Shift Timings: 9 AM to 7 PM
Job Summary
We are looking for a Front Desk Manager to handle overall studio operations, client coordination, and sales management.
The candidate will be responsible for managing front desk activities, handling client inquiries, converting leads into enrollments, scheduling sessions, and ensuring smooth day-to-day studio operations.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Management
Manage daily front desk operations
Welcome and assist clients professionally
Handle calls, walk-ins, and client queries
Sales & Client Conversion
Call leads and explain studio services
Convert inquiries into trial bookings and memberships
Follow up with prospective clients
Client Coordination
Schedule trial sessions and regular classes
Coordinate with trainers and clients
Maintain client records and attendance
Studio Operations
Ensure smooth functioning of the studio
Handle daily reports and updates
Manage studio coordination and support overall administration
Requirements
Good communication and convincing skills
Sales experience preferred
Strong coordination and organizational skills
Professional and presentable personality
Basic knowledge of calls, follow-ups, and customer handling
Preferred
Experience in fitness, wellness, dance, Pilates, or studio management will be an added advantage.
Salary
25000-30000
