- Video Production & Editing:
- Edit short-form and long-form video content for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.
- Perform color correction, sound design, motion graphics, and add subtitles to improve engagement.
- Transform raw footage into polished, high-quality, and on-brand content.
- Social Media Management:
- Plan, curate, and manage content calendars across various social media channels.
- Schedule and publish content to ensure consistent brand presence.
- Monitor, engage with, and build the community by responding to comments and messages.
- Analyze social media performance metrics to optimize strategies and increase reach/engagement.
- Creative Content Development:
- Create graphics, thumbnails, and banners to support video content, often using Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- Stay updated with social media trends, viral audio, and platform-specific formats (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
- Campaign & Collaborative Work:
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling video ads and promotional content.
- Provide live coverage for on-ground events to produce real-time content.
- Ensure all content aligns with the overall brand identity and guidelines.
Key Skills Required
- Tools: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite).
- Skills: Strong storytelling skills, understanding of social media algorithms, basic cinematography (lighting, framing), and familiarity with AI creative tools.
