Locations: Delhi, Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan, Bihar, Hyderabad, Chennai, and Assam
Salary Range: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month

Position Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager with deep expertise in the fenestration industry to drive growth across key regional territories. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our market presence in the uPVC Window & Door Systems segment, focusing on high-performance profiles and system sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Execution: Execute strategic sales and marketing plans within assigned area responsibilities to meet and exceed business targets.
- Channel Development: Identify, appoint, and manage relationships with fabrication partners and channel partners.
- Influencer Management: Build and maintain strong networks with key industry influencers, including Architects, Developers, and Consultants.
- Project Management: Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation and site measurements to coordinating final delivery and installation.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and brand positioning within the uPVC and Aluminium systems industry.
- Brand Representation: Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and professional site visits to enhance brand visibility.
Candidate Requirements (Mandatory)
- Industry Expertise: Candidates must have prior experience exclusively within the uPVC Window & Door Systems, uPVC Profiles, or Aluminium Window System industry.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of profile technicalities, fabrication processes, and fenestration industry standards.
- Network: Proven track record of working with preferred brands and established channel/fabrication partners.
- Communication: Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle B2B project sales and retail network development.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
