About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive – HR Operations to manage day-to-day HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, HR documentation, HRMS management, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills, strong knowledge of HR processes, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders while ensuring a seamless employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations

Execute end-to-end employee lifecycle activities from onboarding to separation.

Coordinate joining formalities and employee induction.

Prepare appointment letters, confirmation letters, transfer letters, promotion letters, experience letters, and relieving letters.

Maintain employee records in both physical and digital formats.

Ensure timely updates in HRMS and employee database.
Employee Onboarding & Exit

Coordinate documentation before employee joining.
-
Conduct employee induction and orientation sessions.
-
Manage employee ID cards, official documentation, and employee files.
-
Coordinate exit formalities including clearance, exit interviews, and documentation.
HR Documentation & Compliance

Ensure statutory compliance documentation is maintained.

Support PF, ESI, Labour Law, and compliance documentation.

Maintain HR MIS reports and dashboards.

Prepare HR reports on manpower, attrition, attendance, and employee movements.
Employee Engagement
-
Support employee engagement initiatives and internal events.

Coordinate employee communication and HR announcements.
-
Assist in employee welfare programs.
-
Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
HRMS Administration
-
Update employee records in HRMS.

Generate HR reports and analytics.
-
Ensure data accuracy across HR systems.

Support HR digitalization initiatives.
Key Skills
-
Strong knowledge of HR Operations.
-
Knowledge of Payroll Inputs and Attendance Management.
-
HR Documentation and Employee Lifecycle Management.
-
HRMS exposure (KEKA preferred).
-
Basic understanding of Labour Laws, PF & ESI.
-
Strong MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Good analytical and organizational abilities.

Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Strong attention to detail and multitasking capability.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
-
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related discipline.
-
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources will be an added advantage.
Experience
-
2–4 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Generalist roles.
-
Experience in employee lifecycle management and HR documentation is mandatory.
-
Experience with HRMS platforms (preferably KEKA) is preferred.

Exposure to payroll coordination and compliance activities will be an advantage.
