Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Land Surveyor role based in Kotla Barog Distt. Sirmour, Himachal Pradesh. The Land Surveyor will be responsible for conducting topographic and building surveys, operating total station instruments, and accurately mapping and measuring land and terrain. Key tasks include preparing and analysing field data, verifying site conditions, and ensuring compliance with project requirements. Collaboration with the engineering and construction teams will be essential to successful project execution.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Land Surveying and Topographic Surveys
- Minimum 08 years of experience in land surveying required
- Experience with building information modelling (BIM), Autocad and quantity takeoff software
- Proficiency with Total Station instruments and related surveying equipment
- Experience in Building Surveying and general Surveying practices
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precise measurements
- Ability to work on-site and adapt to field conditions
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying
