As a Field Sales Executive, you will be the face of BNA Building Solutions in Kannur. Your primary focus will be driving primary and secondary sales by establishing a robust dealer network and building deep relationships with contractors, waterproofing applicators, engineers, and builders.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Penetration & Retail Expansion: Identify and onboard new hardware dealers, paint shops, and building material distributors across the Kannur district.
- Influencer Engagement: Conduct regular site visits and meets to pitch our product ranges directly to civil contractors, architects, structural engineers, and specialized waterproofing applicators.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly primary volume and revenue targets.
- Project Lead Tracking: Identify ongoing residential and commercial construction projects in the region and secure product specifications for waterproofing and structural repair.
- Reporting & Collections: Ensure timely payments and collection clearances within approved credit timelines. Maintain daily field visit logs and update the company lead management system/CRM regularly.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 1 to 4 years of proven field sales experience. Experience in Construction Chemicals (e.g., waterproofing, ad-mixtures, grouts, tiling solutions), Paints, Cement, or Building Materials is highly preferred.
- Territory Knowledge: Strong geographic knowledge of the Kannur market and existing relationships with local dealers/contractors is a major plus.
- Skills: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Language: Fluent in Malayalam; working knowledge of English.
- Mandatory: Must possess a valid Two-Wheeler Driving License and a personal smartphone.
