About the Role –
We are seeking qualified and motivated Lawyers with a keen interest in NCLT, DRT, and RERA matters. The role offers an opportunity to work on diverse litigation and advisory assignments, represent clients before various forums, and contribute to high-impact legal matters in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Requirements –
- Qualified Lawyer with a valid enrolment and license to practice.
- Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in litigation and legal advisory.
- Strong interest and exposure in matters relating to NCLT, DRT, and RERA.
- Preference will be given to candidates having experience under or exposure to Senior Advocate Shri Sanat.
- Excellent drafting, research, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to independently handle matters and manage multiple assignments effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a client-centric approach.
- Willingness to travel for court appearances and client meetings as required.
Responsibilities –
- Handle litigation and advisory assignments relating to NCLT, DRT, and RERA matters.
- Draft petitions, applications, replies, notices, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and prepare case briefs and opinions.
- Represent and assist in proceedings before various judicial and quasi-judicial forums.
- Coordinate with clients, counsels, and regulatory authorities on case-related matters.
- Monitor case timelines, filings, and procedural compliances.
- Provide practical legal solutions and strategic recommendations to clients.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely updates on ongoing matters.
- Support business development initiatives and contribute to building strong client relationships.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
