Sales Coordinator – Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and daily sales activities
- Prepare sales reports, MIS reports, and performance tracking data
- Follow up with distributors, dealers, and customers regarding orders and payments
- Maintain sales records, invoices, and customer databases accurately
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly and yearly targets
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and accounts teams for smooth dispatch and delivery
- Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions
- Monitor stock availability and communicate updates to the sales team
- Schedule meetings, sales reviews, and maintain sales documentation
- Track employee attendance, travel plans, and field activity reports if required
- Ensure proper communication between management and the sales team
- Assist in preparing presentations, quotations, and promotional materials
- Maintain data confidentiality and process discipline
- Support secondary sales tracking and market feedback collection
- Ensure timely submission of expense statements and approvals from the sales team
Required Skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools

- Basic understanding of sales operations and documentation

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
